It all started with a search bar. Genshin Impact had just released a character I was obsessed with, and I wanted something — a figure, a keychain, whatever — to put on my desk. I searched everywhere. The big retailers had the same five mainstream franchises on repeat. Niche import stores either didn’t ship to where I lived or charged more for shipping than the product itself cost. I wasn’t asking for much. I just wanted my shelf to look like my actual interests, not like whatever happened to be in a nearby warehouse.

That gap is the entire reason Kurostash exists. It turns out a lot of people were running into the same wall — gamers and anime fans who wanted figures, plushies, and collectibles that genuinely matched what they liked, not just whatever was easiest to keep in stock.

So we built the store we wished we had. We hunt through sellers around the world for pieces that are hard to find for one reason or another, constantly rotate our stock so it never feels stale, and add the occasional blind box collection for those who like a little chaos in their collection. We exist so your shelf can say something real about you — not just what was easy to find.

We don’t pretend to be a giant retailer with same-day delivery everywhere. Our products are shipped directly by our suppliers, so delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping process. Estimated delivery time is up to 30 days. We prefer to be clear about delivery times so you can shop with realistic expectations.

Kuro Stash operates under a dropshipping model: we do not maintain our own inventory, and your products are shipped directly from our suppliers, primarily from China, to your address. Shipping is already included in the displayed price of each product, and no additional shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

We stay in communication with our suppliers throughout the process to track orders and request updates when necessary. However, once an order has been dispatched, transportation and final delivery depend on the shipping company and other external factors that are not directly under our control.
